What are you doing to combat rising property and auto rates?

Carriers push rate increases every year — on property, auto, and stock — and they will if you let them. Beating that comes down to two things: knowing which carriers to leverage when we quote, and getting the right risk-management “checks” in place to trigger the credits our underwriters can offer.

What do you do when my Experience Modification Rate (X-Mod) is over 100?

Whether it’s over 100 or over 200, the process is the same. We schedule a call to go through your current loss runs and identify trends, then bring in our in-house risk-management team to build processes that prevent future claims — while setting up recurring reviews of existing claims to keep costs down. We’ll get your mod down over time.

Product liability and recall, by far. A single defective lot can surface claims long after it leaves your floor — so it’s critical to carry the right coverage every year and keep your completed-products exposure protected.

Workers’ comp and product liability — machinery, lifting, and repetitive-motion injuries on the floor, plus anything tied to the goods you make or move. And here in CA, EPLI wage-and-hour claims are common too — we have the best markets to help you shop these.
